Canterbury Archaeology Trust (CAT) was formed in 1975 to undertake excavations, research, publication and the presentation of the results of its work to the public. They have an Education Officer whose role it is to work closely with schools and centres of higher learning to develop education initiatives related to archaeology.
They run a variety of courses and hold an annual lecture which people are able to attend by contacting them.
