The Society organises lectures, walks, visits & outings throughout the year. It also arranges regular archaeological site visits for members, usually in the City. IA&HS also aims to document archaeological findings in the Islington area.

Hi , I was trying on behalf of my wife to locate information about her Mum’s family from Islington. They lived in the 1911 census data at 57 Schofield road. Their names were Arthur and Nellie laundy and theri children some of which were James, Florence, Emma and Doris . I was hoping to get some leads on how to go about finding out about the family and where they lived . Could you held me
