Royal Commission on the Ancient & Historical Monuments of Wales
Maintains the database of archaeological sites, historic buildings, and maritime sites in Wales. The National Monuments Record of Wales is open daily for public reference. Supplies authoritative information for government, corporate bodies and the general public.
National Trust for Scotland
Five full-time permanent archaeologists act as curators for properties of the National Trust for Scotland, providing cultural resource management. Runs training excavations and surveys, and provides training for some long-term volunteers.
