The Wetland Archaeology & Environments Research Centre is based within the Department of Geography at the University of Hull and continues the commercial and research work of the Centre for Wetland Archaeology, which was founded in 1997. WAERC also supports the University of Hull’s BA and BSc Geography & Archaeology, BA History and Archaeology and MSc Landscape Archaeology degrees.
