West Kent Archaeological Group

1 min read

West Kent Archaeological Group (WKAG) is an active archaeology group, comprised of volunteers that are undertaking a study of the Darent Valley and surrounding archaeology. WKAS was founded in 2009 and has been offering educational opportunities for the general public to get involved in community archaeology.

The group is comprised of locals interested in archaeology, through to professional volunteers. Whether you are experienced in archaeology, or looking to try the discipline for the first time, they offer outreach opportunities to let the public get involved. You are never too young, or too old to participate.
