Celebrating its tenth anniversary with what promises to be the most exciting year yet, Scottish Archaeology Month has about 200 organizers in events throughout the country during September, bringing Scotland’s past to life. Volunteers, from professional archaeologists to enthusiastic amateurs, are laying on a series of exhibitions, lectures, excavation open-days, re-enactments, and workshops in archaeological skills and ancient technologies - all free!
