Archeoscan run a number of digs throughout the year. This year we will be returning to two Roman sites in South Gloucestershire that we have explored over the past few years. Significant Roman buildings have been uncovered at each site. This year we will be continuing to explore the buildings and continuing to add to the plan of each complex. In April our fist dig will focus on the main domestic buildings in which a small bath house was discovered on a previous dig. Our second site in August will continue to explore a range of Roman buildings located on the edge of the Cotswolds close to Bristol and Bath. These had a series of Ovens associated with them. Contact Archeoscan for more details and dates.
