Held on last Saturday of each month, 2006 is our Saxon year hopefully culminating in the unique opportunity to help build a Saxon craft building on our site. We would welcome new members to our group – please contact Caroline!

The Nottinghamshire branch of the national Young Archaeologists Club, the only UK wide archaeology club for children aged 8-16. We meet monthly to learn about and have fun with archaeology. We have received a £25,000 grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund to pay for 20 young people to research the impact of the Civil War [...]
