Do you have gaps in your collection of Current Archaeology back issues?
John Allistone in Poole, Dorset, has duplicate copies of issues 148-203 and 205-214 that are free to a good home to anyone willing to come and collect them.
John said: ‘I saw Margaret Ray’s offer in CA 269 of a run of the magazine from issue no. 1 to 203, and was lucky enough to be picked to collect them from Winchester. I am now the proud owner of a complete run of your excellent publication, something I have wanted for years.
‘When Margaret suggested that someone might like the magazines she was told by a member of her family that she would never get rid of them. How wrong and I urge anyone with a run of CA to make sure that they are passed on when you no longer require them.’
